MIKASA and NORCECA establish a historical long-term partnership
MIKASA CORPORATION (hereafter called “MIKASA”) and the North, Central America and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation (hereafter called “NORCECA”) signed an 8-year major agreement. This important long-term partnership will ensure the development of volleyball and beach volleyball in the North, Central American and Caribbean Continental Region up to the year 2030.
President of MIKASA Mr. Yuji Saeki said: “MIKASA is extremely honored to establish this important partnership with NORCECA and to have the opportunity to support the growth of volleyball and beach volleyball in the North, Central American and Caribbean Continental Region. We are also excited to be a part of the sport’s by providing our products for people of all ages and backgrounds to play and enjoy volleyball and beach volleyball.”
NORCECA President Cristobal Marte Hoffiz said: “MIKASA is a long-term and loyal partner for the FIVB, and we are pleased to establish this historical partnership with MIKASA. MIKASA has supplied equipment for FIVB since volleyball first appeared in the Olympic program, back in 1964. We are delighted to welcome MIKASA to NORCECA Family.”
The signing of the agreement took place at MIKASA Headquarters in the city of Hiroshima, Japan, between NORCECA President Cristobal Marte Hoffiz and Mr. Yuji Saeki, President of MIKASA CORPORATION.
