Mikasa Corporation (Headquarters: Asakita-ku, Hiroshima; President: Yuji Saeki), a leading manufacturer of sports balls with over 100 years of history, is proud to announce the official match ball for the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships Adelaide 2025. This limited-edition, custom-designed ball will be used exclusively throughout the tournament.
Mikasa Corporation is proud to unveil, in collaboration with Volleyball World, the official customized game ball for the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships Adelaide 2025. The custom-designed, limited-edition ball will make its debut in the heart of Adelaide at The Drive and Pinky Flat, from 14 to 23 November 2025, where 192 of the world’s best players will compete for the sport’s most prestigious title.
The Adelaide 2025 match ball has been engineered to deliver world-class performance. Its dimpled surface, consistent with the BV550C model, and softer touch provide exceptional grip and precision handling, giving players maximum control across 10 days of fierce competition. Enhanced with Mikasa’s TwinSTlock technology and advanced materials, the ball also offers superior water resistance, ensuring consistent weight and performance regardless of the weather. Reflecting a shared commitment to environmental responsibility, the ball is made from synthetic leather reinforced with recycled nylon, minimizing environmental impact without compromising on quality or playability.
